General

Lead Times

Our products are readily available and stored in our warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 5 to 6 business days. The actual delivery time may vary depending on your location within the EU. Once your item is dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll promptly send you the tracking details. You can find specific delivery information and the expected arrival time at our Ireland warehouse on the ‘Lead Time’ tab for each product.

Once your item(s) arrive at our warehouse, we’ll reach out to you directly to confirm your delivery information and arrange for courier delivery. Please note that a weekly storage fee will be applied to items that are not sent out for final courier delivery or collection within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse

Delivery

Low Delivery Costs: We keep delivery costs to a minimum by using a variety of couriers that can deliver throughout Europe.

Easy Delivery Calculation: On both the shopping cart and individual product pages, you’ll find a Delivery Calculator. Just enter your delivery postcode to see the anticipated delivery charges that will be included during checkout.

Assisted Delivery Option: If you need assistance with delivery, please get in touch with us in advance. Please note that extra charges may apply.

Storage Fees: For items that aren’t dispatched for final courier delivery or collection within 7 days from the time they arrive at our warehouse, storage charges will be incurred. These charges are assessed weekly, based on the number of pallets or parts thereof.

Are Wholesale Discounts Available?

Feel free to reach out to us, even though our prices are already discounted. If you share the size and frequency of your orders, we’ll try our best to cater to your needs with further discounts. Get in touch by emailing us at info@artfurnica.com to inquire about discounted rates.

Do you apply VAT charges ?

Every item is subject to VAT, and all prices already include VAT.

Your invoice will outline the VAT amount for your order, along with our business details and EORI number.

Special Promotion Codes

If you’ve got a discount code, simply type it in the ‘Coupon Code’ box on the Shopping Cart page. You’ll find this box on the right side, just above the ‘Proceed To Checkout’ button.

Please keep in mind, unless stated otherwise, each discount code is meant for one use per customer and can’t be combined with other offers or coupons.

Can I pick up my purchased items (Click + Collect) ?

You can collect your items from our warehouse in Dublin, Ireland. We’ll notify you once your items are ready for pickup. Please remember that the warehouse is open from Monday to Friday. A minor handling fee of 10€ per week will apply after the initial grace period.

Pricing ?

Our prices are really competitive, and most of our products are priced like they’re at a wholesale level. They might change from time to time, especially during sales we have at different times of the year.

The prices can shift based on the Euro’s changes, so they might be different when you check.

If you’ve bought something and the price changes before it’s delivered, you’ll only pay the price it was when you made the purchase.

Warranties

Warranties

Most of our products include a warranty that typically lasts for 2 to 3 years, starting from the delivery date. This warranty covers free repairs or replacements for any faulty items. In cases of significant defects, we also offer refunds. It’s important to note that warranties do not extend to normal wear and tear, improper use, misuse, or abuse of the items.

If you’re purchasing our products for commercial purposes, they come with a standard 6-month warranty.

Where Are Our Products Manufactured?

All our products originate from China.

We often encounter a common misconception about goods produced in China. However, it’s essential to dispel this belief. Quality varies across all manufacturing locations, including China. In reality, Chinese-made products often boast exceptional quality, especially in consumer goods industries. They are frequently considered superior to goods from Bali, India, or South America.

At Artfurnica, we collaborate with nearly a dozen established Chinese Manufacturers, each with over 15 years of experience in the industry. These manufacturers have market capitalizations exceeding $4 million USD and supply leading furniture retailers globally.

Delivery

Where Do We Ship Our Products To?

We ship to many countries in Europe. To find out the delivery cost, just provide your address during checkout. If you have more questions, feel free to reach out via Live Chat, Phone, or Email. Our team is here to help and provide the information you need.

Is International Shipping Available?

We only deliver items to addresses within European countries.

Bulky Items

We want to clarify that we work with external couriers for furniture deliveries. Please understand that European couriers do not offer unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal services.

Our regular delivery service is what we call ‘kerbside’ delivery. This means the delivery driver is not obligated to help carry the item(s) inside your home, although you can request this assistance.

If you have particularly large or heavy items, it’s important to have at least two capable individuals at your delivery address to receive your goods. This ensures a smooth and safe delivery process.

Returns

Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes our preferences change. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll refund 100% of the item cost, excluding shipping charges. The return shipping cost to our Dublin warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure the item(s) you’re returning are in the same condition as when you received them.

Here’s our return policy:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item(s), and arrange for a prompt return to our warehouse.
  • The item(s) should be in new and unused condition.
  • Repackage the item(s) in its original wrapping and packaging for resale.
  • Ensure all tags, labels, and any assembly tools are intact and in their original position.
  • Include all instructions and parts with the item(s).
  • All returned items go through an inspection process (please allow 3 days for this).
  • Once the inspection is successful, you’ll receive a refund within 5 working days.

Please note that door-to-door delivery charges are non-refundable.

Is It Possible to Swap an Item?

We don’t have a direct product exchange service. Instead, you’ll need to:

Return or cancel the item you don’t want, and

Make a new order for the item you’d like.
